Roux-en-Y Procedure to Correct Damaged Common Bile Duct - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
Abdominal Surgery - Roux-en-Y Procedure to Correct Damaged Common Bile Duct. This medical exhibit uses five images to portray a Roux-en-Y procedure after removal of the gallbladder (cholecystectomy). The first images depict cutting and repositioning of the jejunum and duodenum. The remaining images describe the anastomoses of the jejunum with the hepatic duct, and of the duodenum to the lower jejunum. The post-operative condition is pictured in the final illustration.

"I have a medical illustration created by Medical Legal Art at the beginning of every case to tell the client's story, usually before I depose the defendant doctor. The work product and cost-efficiency are outstanding. It is a situation where, as a trial lawyer, I don't leave home without it."
